Your 14-day right to withdraw
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you placed your order, without giving a reason. This applies to all our digital products and to all customers, wherever you live, even if you have already downloaded the files.
How to withdraw
Choose the way that suits you:
- Online: use our withdrawal form (“Withdraw from contract here”, linked in the footer of every page), fill in your details and click “Confirm withdrawal”.
- By email: write to hello@safebabysolids.com with your name and order number.
- Model form: copy the model withdrawal form below and send it to us by email.
You only need to tell us before the 14 days end. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email.
Your refund
We will refund the full amount you paid for the order or for the products you withdraw from, without any fee, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise.
After you withdraw
When you withdraw, your download links stop working. You must stop using the files, delete any copies you made, and not share them with anyone.
Faulty files
If a file is faulty, incomplete, will not open or does not match its description, email us. We will fix or replace it at no cost. If we cannot, or if the problem is serious, you can choose a price reduction or a full refund. This applies at any time your legal rights allow, also after the 14 days.
Other cases
Charged twice or did not receive your download links? Email us with your order number and we will resolve it.
