2. These terms

These terms apply when you buy from safebabysolids.com as a consumer. They work together with our Refund & Withdrawal Policy and our Privacy Policy. Our website, products and customer service are in English.

3. What we sell

We sell digital products: PDF guides delivered by instant download (The Starting Solids Safety Bundle, the Printable Kitchen Pack and The Weaning Troubleshooting Playbook). Each product page describes what is included. The product names describe the topic of the guides; they are not a promise that any food, method or situation is safe.

To use the files you need a device that can open PDF files (phone, tablet or computer). The files can be printed on A4 paper. No physical item is shipped.

4. Educational information only

This content is for general educational purposes only. It is not medical, nutritional or individualised advice and does not replace advice from your GP, public health nurse, health visitor, paediatrician, registered dietitian or an accredited first-aid course. No guide can remove all choking, allergic-reaction or food-poisoning risk. Babies must always be supervised and food must be prepared appropriately for their age and development. Ask a healthcare professional about your own child. If your child is choking, has difficulty breathing or shows signs of a severe allergic reaction, this is a medical emergency: act immediately and call your local emergency service (Ireland 112 or 999, UK 999 or 112).

We do not give individual advice and cannot answer questions about a specific child’s health or feeding.

5. Where we sell

We sell to customers worldwide. The guides follow official public health guidance from Ireland and the UK and draw on other countries’ guidance where useful (see the sources in each guide). If you live elsewhere, local advice may differ: check with a healthcare professional where you live.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and include any VAT that applies. The total is shown before you pay. If you pay in another currency, your bank or card provider may charge a conversion fee. Payment is taken through our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.

7. Your order and our contract

Before paying you can review your order and correct any mistakes. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. Please keep that email. A PDF copy of these terms is included with your download files.

8. Delivery

Your download links appear on the order confirmation page and in your order confirmation email immediately after payment. If you cannot download your files, email us and we will send them again.

9. Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you placed your order, without giving a reason, even if you have already downloaded the files. We refund you in full within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. How to withdraw, and what happens to the files afterwards, is explained in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy.

10. Licence: how you may use the files

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download, view and print the files for your own household. You may print copies and give them to people who care for your child, such as grandparents or a childminder.

You may not resell the files, share them publicly, upload them to websites or file-sharing services, or use them for commercial purposes. All text, design and illustrations belong to us or our licensors; photos are used under their licences. If you withdraw from your purchase, the licence ends.

11. If something is wrong with a file

If a file is faulty, incomplete, will not open or does not match its description, you have legal rights. We will first fix or replace the file within a reasonable time and at no cost to you. If we cannot, or if the problem is serious, you can choose a price reduction or a refund. These rights are in addition to your right of withdrawal.

12. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you placed your order. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

13. Complaints

Email hello@safebabysolids.com. We aim to reply within 5 working days. We are not obliged to use an alternative dispute resolution body and do not currently use one.

14. Law and courts

These terms are governed by Italian law. Wherever you live, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in the courts where you live, where those laws allow it.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one shown when you placed your order.
